Driver Policy & Code
Compliance requirements, vehicle regulations, and professionalism guidelines for CABZII partners
Mandatory Valid Licence
Every CABZII partner driver must possess an active, valid Indian Commercial Driving Licence (DL). Driving with an expired or suspended licence is strictly illegal and prohibited.
Commercial Vehicle Documents
Vehicles must carry valid commercial registration (yellow license plate), active transport permits, fitness certificates, and emission clearances. Non-commercial (white plate) vehicles are strictly banned from operation.
Insurance Requirements
Vehicles registered on our platform must be covered by comprehensive commercial vehicle insurance, including active third-party liability and passenger safety coverage.
Driver Conduct Standards
Drivers must maintain high professional standards. This includes polite customer communication, route coordination, and a strict ban on smoking, chewing tobacco, or consuming alcohol before/during trips.
Vehicle Cleanliness Standards
Vehicles must be regularly washed, odor-free, and tidy. Clean seat covers, functional seat belts, working air conditioning, and a clear dashboard are mandatory for all scheduled transits.
Customer Safety Obligations
Drivers must strictly obey all traffic regulations and speed limits. Reckless driving, night speed violations, and unauthorized detours are prohibited. Customer safety and comfort is our highest priority.
Driver Suspension Policy
CABZII may temporarily suspend drivers from the platform for minor violations, including repeated late arrivals, customer complaints regarding cleanliness, or low overall trip ratings.
Driver Termination Policy
Immediate and permanent platform ban will be enforced for critical safety violations, driving under the influence, physical/verbal harassment of passengers, illegal activities, or fraudulent billing practices.
